We use Australia Post eParcel to deliver all Bio Care orders within Australia (Tracking included).

Australia Order

Free shipping is available on all purchases within Australia.

​

All orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. Orders received will ship within 2 business days. We do not ship orders on Saturday and Sunday.

Orders shipped by Australia Post eParcel services are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm Monday – Friday to the provided shipping address. Please note that delivery times do not include Weekends or Public Holidays. Please also ensure that you enter your shipping address correctly as we cannot redirect orders once they have been shipped.

Please note that we currently cannot deliver to post office boxes or parcel lockers. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch as supplied to us by Australia Post. We are not responsible for any delays.

Metro Cities: 4 -7 working days

Other cities: 7-10 working days

Regional areas: 7-14 working days

Remote areas: 10-14 working days

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will need to go to Australia Post's website to track your parcel. Track your order Here

International Orders 

Please contact us directly so we can provide you a shipping quote for your region.

IMPORT DUTIES: Each country has its own import regulations, restrictions and taxes. Any taxes that may be charged for entry into your own country are payable by you.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
